S & I managed about 5 miles today, and it was wonderful to spend Saturday morning away from the rush and bustle of shops and the noise of traffic and people.
Now we've moved to the country, even a small market town can seem too busy when you need to de-stress and relax. I'm not complaining though, it's far better that living in London.
The best bit about walking in the countryside is that it's completely free. It costs nothing to get out as see what's in nature's gallery.
So I though I'd share some of God's creation with you.
